Tier status is based on eligible spending during a rolling 12-month period and is reviewed quarterly. Qualifying spending includes completed salon services and eligible retail purchases after discounts.
Taxes, gratuities, gift-card purchases, cancellation fees, refunded transactions, complimentary services and excluded products do not count toward tier qualification.
Tier benefits are personal, nontransferable, have no cash value and cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically stated. Annual benefits must be used during the client's current membership year and are subject to appointment and product availability. Additional terms and exclusions may apply.
Tier I — The Guest. From your first completed visit. Complimentary, no enrollment fee.
Tier II — The Signature. $750+ in qualifying annual spending.
Tier III — The Standard. $2,000+ in qualifying annual spending.
Tier IV — Parq Elite. $4,000+ in qualifying annual spending. By invitation, limited to the Top 10 active clients.
The Parq 100 Founding Membership is separate from the Loyalty Society and is not a loyalty tier. It is a one-time, paid enrollment of $149 with no monthly payment, limited to 100 memberships.
Founding Member pricing applies to the first 10 qualifying visits, with 12 months of rate protection from the date of enrollment. Founding benefits are personal, nontransferable and have no cash value. Participation in The Parq 100 does not alter Loyalty Society tier qualification, which continues to be based on qualifying annual spending.
